This is the Third Deck From JL Magic. The inspiration for this deck is the Artistic Technique In which a white paper is painted with Colored chalks and then all is covered with Black Paint, and after that, "scratching" The Black Paint With a Sharp Object Revealing Drawings and Pictures of Bright Colors.
